Born in Louisiana Jarvis never imagined himself even being a policemen let alone a Infantry NCO. But it all changed when he dicoverd one of his co-workers planted stolen car keys into his pockets. Henry was given a choice between Jail time or the Army. Jarvis ariginally choose jail but was sent to the Army after the Judge discoverd he was sleeping with his daughter.
