Corporal Daniel Edwards is a member of British Tank Corps and Home Guard as well as World War I and World War II veteran. It is a character originally featured in Battlefield 1, but also appears as the protagonist in Battlefield II and Battlefield: The War That Never Was.
Battlefield II[]
Daniel Edwards is the main protagonist and playable character of Sand and Steel war story. He is a driver and second-in-command of Churchill Mark VII tank named Beige Bess (in honor of Black Bess - Mark V tank in which Edwards and McManus served during WWI). Being experienced and dedicated veteran, Edwards is very effective tanker. He is also old friend of McManus - former left gunner of Mark V tank and current commander of Churchill. In Battlefield II Edwards takes part in Second battle of El-Alamein.
